With some help from #debian in irc.freenode.net, I found out that (re)moving ~/.local/share/mime/mime.cache also helps. I dont know, what this file does, so i kept it in ~/tmp. The file is not recreated by any application yet. This workaround is from https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=591606.
