Package: libglib2.0-0
Version: 2.22.1-1
Severity: important

Upgrading libglib2.0-0 to version 2.22.1-1 (required by gnome 2.28) breaks gnome-settings-daemon version 2.26.1-2. Therefore most settings cannot be applied while starting the gnome desktop.

Trying to start the gnome appearance dialog leads to the following error message:

Unable to start settings manager "gnome-settings-daemon" Without the GNOME settings manager running, some preferences may not take effect. This could indicate a problem with Bonobo, or a non-GNOME (e.g. KDE) settings manager may already be active and conflicting with the GNOME settings manager.
