Bug#549271: python-wnck: Registering types as flags instead of GEnum

I was getting an error from a window switcher application to the effect
that it couldn't find wnck.WNCK_WINDOW_STATE_DEMANDS_ATTENTION. On
further investigation I found that importing wnck gives the errors
below. I hope that fixing that problem(s) will get my window switcher
working properly again.
