Bug#551464: update-manager: can't start download until one of the update candidates is unselected and selected again

The update manager pops up normally but the download button is inactive. 
Nothing happens when clicked. If any one of the update candidates listed is un-selected and selected again, the download button get highligtet and a download can be started.
