Bug#547900: /usr/bin/update-manager: update-manager does not send changes listed by apt-listchanges

after the last update of update-manager, it does not send more changes and updates before it sent through the apt-listchanges.
As I said before these changes and updates were sent normally.
Today I can only do so if an update via aptitude or apt-get.
