Bug#348905: gnome-screensaver: Still slow

The description given at the start of this report is exactly my experience.
The password entry dialog takes on average ~5 seconds to appear when the
screen is locked, after moving the mouse or pressing some keys. It's quicker
if the just was only just locked, and slower if left locked for longer.
