http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk/2.18/gtk-migrating-ClientSideWindows.html kinda suggests setting the environment variable GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS to make GDK behave "more compatible" to previous versions. Alas, this doesn't make any difference to Lotus Notes. Cheers, Carsten
