[gdm3] Some proposed fixes concerning i18n

That's not my point. I knew this before, that is why I was attaching not
a patch but a po file for the desktop.in related translation. The
attached patch is dealing with the translation of the newly introduced
gdmsetup binary, which is debian specific and not maintained upstream. I
think it is hard to maintain translations for distribution related
changes in the upstream files, especially when upstream introduces
string-changes, because it is very likely that you'll need to rework the
patches manually to get the distribution related changes translated
again.
