[gdm3] Some proposed fixes concerning i18n

I've checked other translations and yes, "das" can and should be dropped
though the lack of the "Artikel" in tooltips is something I personally
don't like.

The same is true concerning "Rechner", but there are conventions and I
understand the need for them.

Here a fixed version.
