pt_BR translation update for software-properties-gtk.

Hello,
now software-properties-gtk comes with synaptic (as a recommended dependency
in Sid). I've updated its translation to Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR) along
with the translation for the package python-apt, since
software-properties-gtk uses python-apt's messages in its interface. Please

So I ask you to please include it.

In case this applications is a part of the GNOME project, I still ask that
you include this translation, since it's well integrated with python-apt's
new translation and as such Debian users can have a good quality
translation. Then if some day the GNOME translation team wants to work on it
they have a basis to work upon and may do it without messing with the style
as a whole.
