Rhythmbox Debian BTS cleanup

Hello to Rhythmbox-Debian package maintainers!

Recently I've been looking at Rhythmbox bug list, trying to find whether
my bug is already there. I've found a rather big list of open bugs, many
of them are old and dups. So, I decided to try and help with cleaning it
up a little bit.

Below are the results of my work, with some actions that should probably
be done by you, such as closing bugs.

I wish to keep helping cleaning up the list, so your feedback about the
way I did it so far is welcome.
