This is wrong. You would disable bluetooth support where available, and
try to enable it on non-supported architectures. Ubuntu buildds aren't
capable of handling Debian Policy §7.1, so you have to pressure
developers to implement it, or remove [linux-any] wildcard from
(Build-)Depends as a workaround.

Easy to do, but not during the freeze. This is material to be handle
after Squeeze, sorry.
