Bug#570384: Blackjack: offers to click to increase bet, but results in deal

When trying out Blackjack today, I noticed that after getting my cards,
if I hover over the chips the status message says "Click to double your
wager", but when I click on the chip, I get dealed another card and
obviously bust. I don't know if the rules of the game allow to bet after
receiving cards or not, but a) it's really confusing, and b) it should
not deal a card if I click anywhere outside my dealing area.
