Upstream bugzilla and git say this bug has been fixed in commit
9d4a90d7986f819e9918035e8b247fbf08b1cd2b and released first in
GNOME_CONTROL_CENTER_2_29_4.

This bug can be closed once 2.29.4 is uploaded to Debian (2.28.1 as of
today).
