Hi,

this bug is caused by the valgrind plugin linking dynamically to libbfd
while this is not allowed per the description of the package. I’d add to
that there is no reason to do so, and it wouldn’t be hard to support
dynamic linking, but well…

If this is not allowed, of course libbfd.so should not be included. This
way packages will automatically pick up the static version without
people having to manually check.

Also note that the shlibs file shipped by binutils is similarly broken
and fools maintainers into thinking their package will work.
