Bug#558126: epiphany-browser - password form saving is inoperable

This is the same bug as #550914 and #548405.

The data is still there (Edit > Personal Data > Passwords) but does not
automatically fills up forms and HTTP auth popups.

It might be fixed by simply re-compiling libsoup-gnome2.4 with the
LIBSOUP_I_HAVE_READ_BUG_594377_AND_KNOW_SOUP_PASSWORD_MANAGER_MIGHT_GO_AWAY macro defined. At least until Epiphany makes up its mind about the "right thing", because right now it's plainly wrong : in testing, a working feature has been removed instead of being fixed or refactored.
