you probably didnt reboot your machine right after upgrading the 
package to latest revision.

I did the update today and I am now able to enable / disable my 
bluetooth interface with no problems.

Next step is to send the newer g-bluetooth release (2.29.x series) to 
experimental to test it out a bit.
