There was no crash log attached. This looks like a bug in an extension
(which would explain why you do not get the crash in a fresh install.
Can you get us a backtrace, or try disabling your extensions one by one
using gconf-editor?

The key you have to edit is /apps/epiphany/general/active_extensions
