Bug#584246: gnome-panel: Clock applet timezones for weather mismatch system timezones from install

System install selected "US/Eastern" for /etc/timezone. Selecting
Boston, MA as
a location in Clock's preferences sets timezone in gconf key as
"America/New
York". Weather / temperature will not display until key is edited to
match
/etc/timezone.

Also just tried it pretending I was on the west coast; got "US/Pacific"
in
/etc/timezone and "America/Los Angeles" in Clock.
