Bug#313985: Please check the German translations in meld

I went through the complete po file, and found several things to
improve. Some are only minor problems, but some of them are definitely
errors, wrong translations, that should be corrected and also ported
to upstream:

Examples:
English original: "Paste the clipboard"
	the meaning of the german translation is
	"Copy to clipboard"

English original: "Start with Version Control browser in '%s'"
	the meaning of the german translation is
	"Start without Version Control browser in %s"



So, sorry, that you have again additional work with this translation,
but this should definitely be corrected.

Diff is attached, based on version 1.3.1-1, today in unstable (and
testing).
