Bug#572130: update-manager icon is non-free; newer version available under public domain

Package: update-manager
Severity: important

The icon included in update-manager is CC BY-SA 2.0
and thus non-free. I don't set this bug as release
critical, because newer versions of the icon are
public domain (see tango-icon-theme package).

Regards,
Julian
