when playing midi embedded in html, epiphany segfaults; not immediately,
but repeated refreshing provokes the crash. a quite minimal example url
that causes the effect is

i have tried to reproduce the crash with midori, but midori just shows a
"couldn't be loaded.  Plugin will handle load" error message in the
place of the player. (for a moment, though, it flashes the play
controls, so maybe it catches and handles the problem in the underlying
libraries?)
