Only if _using_ libgtk is considered a bug!  ;)

Seriously, though, it would seem that the problem is an internal design 
flaw in gtk+2.0.  Upstream knows about the problem, but either doesn't 
know how to fix it, or can't easily fix it without breaking more

The main user which seems to be tripping the error is the Flash Player, 
but from the discussions I've seen so far it is a design weakness in gtk 
that needs to be reimplemented.
