Bug#575114: evince: no first page when printing more than one page per sheet

When printing a document which is scaled so that two or four pages are printed
on a single (A4) sheet, the first page of a document is not printed, i.e. there
is blank space in stead of the page content.

This happens only when printing to a real printer, when printing to a file,
the PDF or PS output turns out fine. Evince also prints this pre-scaled
file correctly.
