Bug#580630: gdm3 - don't allows multiple login of one user

The gdm3 greeter lists already logged in users. If I try to login on the
console with a user that already have a session running, I get pushed
back into the already running session.

On the other side, this action confuses gdm in a way that it thinks
another user is also logged in and refuses to do a shutdown without the
root password.
