Bug#581346: evince: Regression: impossible to save settings for new documents

In evince 2.30, evince always starts with builtin default settings
for new documents. In earlier versions, it started with the settings
you selected last time you run evince.

This is very annoying, I have to move and resize the window, select
two-page view, select best fit and de-assert continuous every time I
start evince with a new document.
