Bug#582845: gnome-icon-theme: "mail-mark-notjunk" has opaque background.

Package: gnome-icon-theme
Version: 2.30.2.1-1
Severity: normal

The icon "mail-mark-notjunk.png" (in various sizes) has an opaque
background, unlike most Gnome icons which have a transparent background.
Since its background does not match my color scheme, this leads to an
ugly light-colored rectangle around the icon, as you can see from the
attached screenshot of Evolution's toolbar.

(In some recent version of gnome-icon-theme, the icon was missing
completely, so I suspect someone was careless when adding it back in.)
