Thank you for the bug report.  I do not have a diamondcard account.  Are 
you sure the REGISTER is not needed?  At 
http://wiki.diamondcard.us/podwiki?page=EkigaPhone (search for 
"register") they write about registering.

When you pass a call through diamondcard, could you start ekiga with -d 
4, call, and send me the output?

ekiga -d 4 2>output
