Bug#529516: Network-admin forgets the Location on reboot

Having similar problems. I have one physical interface on my debian
box (running fully-updated system), plus loopback. On reboot, the
computer can operate as a file server to remote machines, but any access
to internet services (email, web) from the debian box fails. When you
run network-admin, the "location" box is blank. Selecting the dropdown
menu populates the "Location" box with the one (and only) configured
connection and then things work OK (until the next reboot).

This seems really weird.
