As packages which aren't needed I meaned packages, which Gnome doesn't need to work.

Hmmm....  Ok, but why they depend on the Gnome? It only makes problems with removing these programs...
What about creating package, which doesn't contain anything but It will depend on packages, which you want to add to default install? It will solve all these problems I think....
