Need advice on breaking build dependency cycle

For bootstraping you can drop the build-dep in libproxy, which will then
build against libmozjs instead.

Then you can re-enable it once webkit is built.

Note that webkit upstream is considering splitting JSCore out of webkit,
which would solve this problem.
