   * What led up to the situation? i have had the can't connect to socket sense i installed nothing was done special.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? I tried apt-get --purge remove and reinstalling to no avail
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
