Given the many confirmations that downgrading fixed this issue, I'm
reassigning these bugs to libc6.
So far this seems to be x86_64 specific, so this might be due to
patches/amd64/cvs-pthread_cond_wait.diff.

As this affects a lot of users, I'm bumping the severity, so it doesn't
migrate to testing and users get proper advance warning in case they
have apt-listbugs installed.
