Hi,
I've partially solved the problem, using the update-alternatives.

sudo update-alternatives --config x-cursor-theme

In this way the default cursor is changed, including the cursor of the logon
screen.
I think It helps to find the problem, since it is located at the 'System >
Preferences > Appearance > Customize > Pointer'.
The only way to change the cursor theme is define it as default.
