Upon startup, epiphany browser asks if I would like to recover crashed 
windows and tabs.  If I choose either option, epiphany immediately 
crashes.  This seemed to start happening after updating yesterday so I 
suspect that might have something to do with it.  
I tried to adduser to my system, but the browser crashed in the new user 
account as well.
