Hello,

   Thank you for the reply.  I thought that I would start with the package that you suspected was the problem (libnspr4-0d)

Is this what you had in mind?  I wasn't sure if I should continue since aptitude wanted to remove xulrunner and downgrade iceweasel.

Could you have a look in dpkg.log at which packages were upgraded at
that time and downgrade the suspicious ones? They would be:

My bets go to libnspr, since the xulrunner version in lenny loads a
