Bug#633864: libgtk2.0-0: gnome-panel unusable (Very high cpu usage and it doesn't appear)

I use very rarely gnome and so I realized the problem only today, but it is a
problem at least was born July 7, as evidenced by these bugs:

However it is not, I think, a problem of gnome-panel, as is clear from this:
$ gnome-panel --replace
(gnome-panel:15635): Gdk-WARNING **:

In fact, on July 7 there were these updates:
