Bug#620110: please fix libxklavier.pc to use Requires.private like God intended

The change of glib2.0's install path for multiarch appears to be imminent
(bug 634099), which means that libxklavier's .pc file will soon be giving
wrong information and its reverse-dependencies will start to fail to build.
Please correct libxklavier to use proper pkg-config dependencies at the same
time as glib2.0 is uploaded for multiarch.

I would be happy to NMU for this issue if that would help.
