Please install dbg for ptlib, opal and ekiga packages.  And execute like 
this:
   gdb --args ekiga -d 4 2>&1|tee out.log
and attach out.log (or send it to me privately to analyse with 
ptlib/opal developers, see 
http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Debugging_Ekiga#How_to_get_a_debug_output for 
info inside).
