Bug#630550: Withdraw bug report-fixed manually with "aptitude -r"

Bug still exists, but manually fixed using "aptitude -r" . No reply necessary. There were KDE library dependencies that were preventing update manager from updating. I discovered the issue using command line "aptitude -r" and removed the KDE programs that were causing the update manager to stall. The problem of "update manager" not giving a clue to the problem still exists, but my problem has been solved.
