Bug#628497: gvfs: copying results in empty files

Some more testing and some more changes, but still the same problem.

I found out that it is only (so far) problem when working with my
reiser4 file system (home).
The other work, reiserfs (root), ntfs, samba(via gvfs).

I have changed the kernel to 2.6.38 and reinstalled policykit,
consolekit, pam and dbus
(removed most of the config files before installing again).
