Bug#631824: libvte-common: testing upgrade retrigers 'Failed to load terminal capabilities from /etc/termcap'

Package: libvte-common
Version: 1:0.28.1-1
Severity: important

Gome-terminal spawns

*** VTE ***: Failed to load terminal capabilities from '/etc/termcap'

(and do not respond to the return key)

Doing

    ln -T /usr/share/vte/termcap-0.0/xterm /usr/share/vte/termcap/xterm

as mentioned in a previous message in the bug worked around the thing.
