Bug#631881: libvte-doc: symlink mess

Package: libvte-doc
Version: 1:0.28.1-1
Severity: minor

/usr/share/doc/libvte-doc/html is a dangling symlink to
.../../gtk-doc/html/vte.

In that directory (i.e. /usr/share/gtk-doc/html), there is no vte
subdirectory but there are vte-0.0 and vte-0.28 subdirs which seem to
have identical contents. Wth?

Why do we need this horrible gtk-doc tree anyway? Why can't these
packages really have their documentation under /usr/share/doc like
other packages??
