Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 2.30.6-1
Severity: normal

Im using Chinese version of debian, so there is no "Downloads" directory
and repalced by "下载" directory.
The first time I download a thing using it, it will create a folder called
"Downloads", but it seems that it can't write data into the folder,
so the downloaded data losted.

this can by workaround by configure it to download to another folder.
this bug this found either when the /home is in an other partition
or not.
