Bug#619696: libpango devanagari rendering problem

version: 1.28.3-2~sid1 

I think devanagari conjuct and glyph replacement kind of things are
broken in this package.

I tried gedit and leafpad. Both worked as expected before upgrade. But,
they no longer work as expected.

Libre Office works fine
Iceweasel works Fine

It could be libpango indic?
