update cairomm and gtkmm

i used the work from svn and updated gtkmm to version 3.0.1 . That's the
package i uploaded to mentors.debian.net. Should i create a patch for
svn or is the package on mentors.debian.net enough?

How long should i wait for a response from the cairomm maintainer? And
what are the next steps if the maintainer does not response?
