Yes, it was missing an epoch. Fixed in svn, thanks.

I’m afraid I can’t reproduce that. Even when starting two instances
simultaneously from a shell, it just works.

You might want to trace that (running it in gdb with --g-fatal-warnings
and printing a backtrace).
