Bug#650000: Stray file /etc/dbus-1/system.d/system-tools-backends.conf.dpkg-remove left after upgrade

Mine is also 1be2394739e54132aebed6ea579c9de5e10cefa0 (though I deleted
the file after my last mail, that's the result I get from applying my
patch to the file in version 2.6.0-2lenny4).
