The initial upload 3.0.3-1 to unstable was a mistake in hindsight, as I simply
missed that it requires those gnome-session 3.x bits.

The upload of 3.2.0-1 with the Breaks was on purpose, to block the upgrade until
gnome-session 3.x lands in unstable.

I really do hope that we can uploading the missing gnome 3.x packages to unstable.
If we don't have a target date in say 10 days from now, I'm considering
re-uploading 2.28.2 as 3.2.0really2.28.2
