Now in version 3.0.12 the menubar doesn't lock-on. Everything else still does. 
Quite an impreovement. It's very funny in the file chooser dialog, where none 
of the widgets are clickable. All gtk3 applications must be controlled via 
keyboard ?!?

On http://www.gnome.org/gnome-3/ the slogan shouldn't be
,,Get things done with ease, comfort and control.''
but
,,Mouse is for the weak.''

I'm weak, therefore I use KDE.
